Meditation for Beginners is a 5 week program to give you the tools that you need to create a strong foundation for a long lasting meditation practice.


We will be learning the benefits of meditation, different types of meditation, practicing meditation together, and creating a space for accountability for you to practice throughout the week.


At the end of this program, you may:




  • feel more confident in your self and in your daily life
  • reduce stress from a relaxed nervous system
  • feel more connected to your surroundings
  • improved sleeping

  • union with everything and everyone around



This class:



  • meets once per week for 5 weeks via Zoom
  • 90 minute - 2 hour classes
  • includes lesson and in-class practice & worksheets
