Hi love — I’m Alesha.

I’m a healing artist, intuitive guide, spiritual counselor, and space-holder for people moving through the sacred mess of life: grief, awakening, burnout, rebirth, and everything in between.

But before I ever offered this work to others, I had to live it.
I grew up sensitive, intuitive, and connected — the kind of child who felt the energy in the room before anyone spoke. But like so many of us, I learned to dim my light to survive, not to shine. I held my breath for years trying to stay small, quiet, good.

Losing my mother at 9, was one of the defining moments of my life. Her passing cracked me open and shattered the version of me I thought I was supposed to be. It sent me on a spiral — and eventually, a deep soul journey — to find healing, purpose, and truth. That loss led me home to myself, to my gifts, and to Spirit.

I’ve walked through grief. I’ve navigated trauma, unhealthy systems, and spiritual disconnection. I know the pain of feeling lost and the courage it takes to choose yourself anyway. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating spaces where people can come as they are, fall apart if they need to, and begin again — softer, wiser, and more whole.
I’ve spent the last decade gathering tools, teachings, and healing practices from both clinical and spiritual paths:

🌀 I’m a trained Reiki practitioner, spiritual life coach, and energy healer.
🌀 I’ve studied shamanic work, trauma-informed care, breathwork, intuitive development, and grief healing.
🌀 I’m also a channel, and a deeply grounded empath who works with Spirit, the Earth, and the wisdom of your own body and soul.

This is not just a business — it’s a calling. A soul project. A sacred remembering.
