Based on the yogic practice of pranayama, this breathwork course is designed to cultivate change in the mind, body and spirit through active participation in breathing.
Breathwork is practiced by others for:
- increased self-awareness
- increased joy and happiness
- increased confidence
- aids in overcoming addiction
- reduced stress and anxiety
- reduced negative thought patterns
- increased creativity and productivity
- natural aid in improvement of PTSD, anger issues, grief, anxiety
- improve personal and professional relationships
This class is:
- 4 Weeks
- 60 - 90 minutes long
- includes lesson, in-class practice, worksheets

- cardiovascular issues
- high blood pressure
- breathing issues
- history or anseurysms
- pregnant or breastfeeding
- severe psychiatric symptoms
is it not recommended that you practice this kind of intensive breathwork training.
