Meditation for Beginners is a 5 week program to give you the tools that you need to create a strong foundation for a long lasting meditation practice.
We will be learning the benefits of meditation, different types of meditation, practicing meditation together, and creating a space for accountability for you to practice throughout the week.
At the end of this program, you may:

- meets once per week for 5 weeks via Zoom
- 90 minute - 2 hour classes
